Dominant ascending lick - In this video Bireli demonstrates an ascending lick that could be used over a dominant chord, in this case D7. Each arpeggio starts on the open D string and uses a similar fingering, ascending stepwise up the neck. We arrive at a D7 arpeggio in the fifth position.
